Manager Job Description
Management staff focus their day to day efforts on promptly and efficiently
serving our customers in a clean and friendly environment, effectively managing our material and labor costs, and increasing profitability
of their restaurant.
Managers have the following responsibilities:
- ensuring all products are delivered to the customer in a timely fashion and in accordance to brand standards and specifications
- ensuring all inventory and cost controls are in place and are adhered to by the crew members
- training and developing all team members to perform at the highest level possible
- ensuring all company policies and directives are followed in a fair manner
Managers must be able to lift 40 pounds if necessary and are required
to stand the majority of their scheduled shift.
Crew Member Job Description
Crew members focus their direct efforts on serving our customers
in a timely fashion with excellent customer satisfaction.
Crew members may have any of the following responsibilities:
- taking customer orders
- preparing and delivering all food and drinks in accordance to the brand standards and specifications
- cleaning restaurant facilities as directed
Crew members must be able to lift between 10 and 40 pounds if
necessary and are required to stand the majority of their scheduled
Shift.
